  • Beet root paste 1/2 cup

  • Merhi boil 1/4 cup

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 cup

    Boiled methi saag grinded it.

    Take a bowl add all ingredients .

    Add water ,make a soft dough,keep it for 30 minutes.

    Make a small ball.

    Now with the help of ping make a small ruti

    Now with the help knife of make heart shape.

    Take a kodai add oil.

    Heat for 6 minutes.

    Add heart shape ruti.

    Deeply fry it.

    Now it's time to serve Beet Root Puri along with aloo curry and sandesh.
