  • Beet root paste 1/2 cup


  • Merhi boil 1/4 cup


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Oil 1 cup

Directions

  • Boiled methi saag grinded it.
  • Take a bowl add all ingredients .
  • Add water ,make a soft dough,keep it for 30 minutes.
  • Make a small ball.
  • Now with the help of ping make a small ruti
  • Now with the help knife of make heart shape.
  • Take a kodai add oil.
  • Heat for 6 minutes.
  • Add heart shape ruti.
  • Deeply fry it.
  • Now it's time to serve Beet Root Puri along with aloo curry and sandesh.
