Carrot 1.5 kg.
Milk 250 ml.
Green cardamom powder 1/2tsp
Almond n cashewnut 2 tbsp fine chop
Puree ghee 2-3tbsp
Perl the carrot n grate it.
Put the pan on flame add ghee add grated carrot n saute on medium high flame about 4-5 min.
Now add sugar in center cover grated carrot now cover the pan with lid about 8-10min on medium sim flame.
Now open the cover n look ur sugar in melt n.carrot look bright colour now cook high flame and add milk now milk is evaporated add nuts ,cardamom powder n mawa cook few minutes more .
For make any shape of bites need little thick n dry fudge so cook more tym switch off the flame.
Now cool down the fudge mixture.
Now take heart shape cookie cutter put in plate add carrot fudge in it press gently now carefully press and remove the mold .
Garnish with pistachios.
