Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Icing sugar 1/3 cup

  • Butter 1/4 cup

  • Milk powder 2 teaspoon

  • Vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon

  • Red chocolate oil colour 1/2 teaspoon ( as per requirement)

  • Salt 1/8 teaspoon

  • Colour pearl balls 2 teaspoon

Directions

    Boil water in a saucepan and place a bowl over it.Make sure it doesn't touch the boiling water .

    Add butter to it and mix well, until it melts.

  • 03

    Add icing sugar to it little by little .Once it's done add milk powder to it and mix well.

    Now add vanilla essence, salt and red oil colour and mix without any lumps.

    Switch off the gas .It has to be in flowing consistency .

    Spoon in the mixture in a heart shape silicon chocolate mould.

    Refrigerate for an hour until it is firm.

    Once it is set de mould the chocolates and serve or store it in the refrigerator.

    Before serving,Sprinkle some colour pearl balls . Homemade Valentine Chocolates are ready to serve for your loved ones.
