  • Icing sugar 1/3 cup

  • Butter 1/4 cup

  • Milk powder 2 teaspoon

  • Vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon

  • Red chocolate oil colour 1/2 teaspoon ( as per requirement)

  • Salt 1/8 teaspoon

  • Colour pearl balls 2 teaspoon


  • Boil water in a saucepan and place a bowl over it.Make sure it doesn't touch the boiling water .
  • Add butter to it and mix well, until it melts.
  • Add icing sugar to it little by little .Once it's done add milk powder to it and mix well.
  • Now add vanilla essence, salt and red oil colour and mix without any lumps.
  • Switch off the gas .It has to be in flowing consistency .
  • Spoon in the mixture in a heart shape silicon chocolate mould.
  • Refrigerate for an hour until it is firm.
  • Once it is set de mould the chocolates and serve or store it in the refrigerator.
  • Before serving,Sprinkle some colour pearl balls . Homemade Valentine Chocolates are ready to serve for your loved ones.
