preheat oven at 180 C for 10 min. Grease and dust the tin. In a bowl mix all dry ingredients wheat flour, oats baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl take oil, yogurt and jiggery and beat it.
Now add beetroot puree in wet mixture, mix nicely. After that add dry mixture in wet mixture and use cut and fold method for mixing. Pour the better in to the tin and bake 25 min at 180 c.
Take by knife and remove the cake from tin after 10 min.
when its completely cool down you can icing or decorate with fruits.
