Strawberry Firni pudding With Nutty Caramelised Heart:

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 1/2 litre milk


  • 250 gms khoya


  • 100 gms rice powder mixed in 1 glass cold milk


  • 1 tbsp sugar according to taste


  • 3-4 nos green cardamom


  • 1 tbsp mix dry fruits


  • 10-12 nos saffron strands


  • 2 tbsp for caramelised heart: sugar


  • 1/2 tbsp chopped mix nuts


  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

Directions

  • Boil milk. Slow the flame.
  • While boiling add khoya & rice powder milk.
  • Keep stirring. Add saffron & cardamom. Keep boiling till it thickens.
  • At last add sugar.. Switch off flame.. Let it cool completely.
  • When firni cools completely blend Strawberry with firni till it smoothens.keep aside.
  • Now heat sugar , when it Caramelised add rest ingredients . Now quickly pour on greased plate and cut in heart shape. Nutty Caramelised Heart is ready.
  • Garnish firni with nutty Caramelised heart , Strawberry, sprinklers & dry fruits.
  • Chill for 2 hours & Enjoy.
