Boil milk. Slow the flame.
While boiling add khoya & rice powder milk.
Keep stirring. Add saffron & cardamom. Keep boiling till it thickens.
At last add sugar.. Switch off flame.. Let it cool completely.
When firni cools completely blend Strawberry with firni till it smoothens.keep aside.
Now heat sugar , when it Caramelised add rest ingredients . Now quickly pour on greased plate and cut in heart shape. Nutty Caramelised Heart is ready.
Garnish firni with nutty Caramelised heart , Strawberry, sprinklers & dry fruits.
Chill for 2 hours & Enjoy.
