Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 1/2 tbsp instant active yeast


  • 3/4 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 3/4 cup warm water or as required


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 200g cubed paneer


  • 4 tomatoes pureed


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 4 green cardamom


  • 1 black Cardamom


  • 1 inch cinnamon stick


  • 3 black peppercorns


  • 2-3 cloves


  • 2 green chillies chopped finely


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 teaspoon crushed kasuri methi


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp milk


  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


  • 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar


  • 3/4 cup grated cheese or as required

Directions

  • In a bowl, add flour. Make 3 wells. add sugar, yeast, salt in it and mix well
  • Slowly add warm water and knead soft smooth dough. Add oil and knead well
  • Cover and rest in warm place for 90 minutes
  • Gently deflate dough. Preheat oven to 180 and line baking tray
  • Divide dough into equal portions. Roll dough into big roti
  • I used heart shaped cake mold to draw outline on roti. Using knife , cut the shape
  • Prick pizza base with fork all over and bake for 8 minutes. Keep it aside
  • Dry roast all whole spices and ground to powder. Keep it aside
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil and butter in a pan
  • Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies
  • Saute until raw aroma disappears
  • Add tomatoes pureed, spice powders and ground spice. Mix well
  • Add water as required. Mix well. Cook for 7-8 minutes
  • Add cream, sugar, milk, salt, crushed kasuri methi and mix well
  • Add paneer , coriander leaves and cook for 2 minutes. Switch off
  • preheat oven to 180. Line baking tray. Now apply thin layer of butter on top of pizza base
  • Spread only the gravy like sauce all over
  • Add grated cheese on top
  • Now add paneer from gravy on top
  • Bake for 7-8 minutes until cheese melts
  • Serve warm
  • Use remaining dough to make rotis or puris and serve with leftover curry
