  • 1 lit milk

  • 6-7 carrot

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts

  • 1 tsp ghee

  • 2 gulab jamun

  • 2 tbsp mava

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • For rabri boil milk till it reduces half
  • Add 1/2 of sugar and give one boil
  • Add cardamom powder
  • Let it cool down
  • For gajrella grate carrrot
  • Heat one spoon ghee and add grated carrrot and cook it
  • Add sugar and cook till water absorbs
  • Add mava and cardamom powder and mix it
  • For assembling place heart shape mould on serving tray and fill it with gajar halwa
  • Half the gulab jamun and place it on the heart shape halwa
  • Fill the plate with rabri and spread chopped nuts on it and serve
