For rabri boil milk till it reduces half
Add 1/2 of sugar and give one boil
Add cardamom powder
Let it cool down
For gajrella grate carrrot
Heat one spoon ghee and add grated carrrot and cook it
Add sugar and cook till water absorbs
Add mava and cardamom powder and mix it
For assembling place heart shape mould on serving tray and fill it with gajar halwa
Half the gulab jamun and place it on the heart shape halwa
Fill the plate with rabri and spread chopped nuts on it and serve
