Ingredients
Serves 4
Tapioca 1/2 kg
Figs 5
Prunes 3
Cashew nut 6
Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1 fistful
Water 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon( to taste)
Oil for frying 1/ 4 litre
Health mix powder 2 tablespoon
Rava for binding 3 tablespoon
Rusk powder 3 tablespoon
Directions
Boil tapioca for 20 minutes
Mash well the boiled Tapioca and add chopped onion, chopped figs ,cashew nuts, coriander powder ,chilli powder and salt to taste.
For binding the cutlet , mix health mix powder with little rava and little water.
Powder rusk and keep aside
Shape out the cutlet with the help of heart shaped cookie cutter.
Dip the cutlet on health mix batter and dab the cutlet on rusk powder.
Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame . Fry one by one until golden brown
