Valentine Hot And Sweet Tapioca Cutlet

  • Tapioca 1/2 kg

  • Figs 5

  • Prunes 3

  • Cashew nut 6

  • Chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander leaves 1 fistful

  • Water 1 tablespoon

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon( to taste)

  • Oil for frying 1/ 4 litre

  • Health mix powder 2 tablespoon

  • Rava for binding 3 tablespoon

  • Rusk powder 3 tablespoon


  • Boil tapioca for 20 minutes
  • Mash well the boiled Tapioca and add chopped onion, chopped figs ,cashew nuts, coriander powder ,chilli powder and salt to taste.
  • For binding the cutlet , mix health mix powder with little rava and little water.
  • Powder rusk and keep aside
  • Shape out the cutlet with the help of heart shaped cookie cutter.
  • Dip the cutlet on health mix batter and dab the cutlet on rusk powder.
  • Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame . Fry one by one until golden brown
  • Yummy healthy Hot and Sweet Tapioca cutlet is ready to serve on this Valentine.
  • This Valentine Hot and Sweet Tapioca cutlet can be served with Tomato sauce or Mint Chutney.
