Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • Grated Coconut - 3 cup


  • Sugar - 2 cup


  • Milk - 1 /2 Cup


  • Kova - 3 tbsp ( optional )


  • Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp


  • food colour 1/4 tsp ( optional )

Directions

  • Add Coconut , milk & sugar into large Kadai. Mix well on a medium flame until sugar disolves completely. Keep strring till the mixture start to thicken, Then add khova & continue Stirring. Wait for 20 mins until the mixture thickens. Now add Cardamom powder & mix well. And after 25 mins the Coconut Mixture will start to seprate from the pan. Transfer this dough to a greesed pan. After 15 mins serve it.
