  • All purpose flour- 1 1/2 cup

  • Powder sugar- 1cup

  • Milk Powder- 1cup

  • Baking powder- 1 teaspoon

  • Baking soda- 1/2teaspoon

  • Butter- 1cup

  • Strawberry crush- 3/4 cup

  • Strawberry essence or vanilla essence- 2teaspoon

  • Milk- 1/4 cup

  • For icing- whipped cream- 1cup

  • Strawberry syrup- 1tablespoons

  • Powder sugar- 1tablespoons

  • Gems- 1tablespoons


  • Layered the cooker with salt place a ring and preheated for 10 minutes on slow flame .
  • Now sieve all purpose flour, Milk Powder, Baking soda and baking powder together.
  • Take butter and powder sugar in a bowl and beat till smooth and creamy texture. Now add strawberry crush and essence and mix well.
  • Now add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Now add milk and make a smooth batter.
  • Pour the batter into the greased tin.
  • Place the tin into the preheated cooker and cover with lid without whistle and ring.
  • Bake for 45 minutes on slow flame or until a toothpick came out clean.
  • Now take unbeaten cream in a bowl and beat with beater till stiff peaks . Now add powder sugar .
  • Before icing cool the cake completely.
  • Now dmould the cake and cut horizontal in 2 lawyers.
  • Place the bottom layer on serving plate. apply strawberry syrup on the layer.
  • Now apply whipped cream and cover with top layer .
  • Apply strawberry syrup on top layer.
  • Now apply whipped cream on top layer and sides of the cake.
  • Decorate with colourful gems.
