  • 500 gm chicken 1&½ tsp Turmeric powder ½ red chilli powder 3 tbsp oil 1tbsp ghee 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp white pepper powder 2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp mace ½ cinnamon powder 2 tbsp mayonnaise chilli 1 egg 100 gm curd 4 cloves 6 cardamom 2 cm cinnamon sticks 3 red dry chilli 1 cup coconut milk 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp fennel seeds 2 tbsp fresh cream Few curry leaves 50 gm nut 7 garlic clove chopped 1cm ginger chopped Water Salt to taste


  • First marinad the chicken with Turmeric, chilli, cumin, coriander, mace, cinnamon, onion, ginger, garlic, white pepper powder, curd, egg, mayonnaise, salt. Mix well and set aside for 1 hours. Now heat the oil in pan. Add cloves, cardamom, red chilli and stir. Add chopped garlic, ginger and stir 2 min Now  Add marinated chicken and saut 3-5  min After a minute add extra chicken marinade batter and coconut milk. And Cover&cook  35 min with medium heat. After a minute add fennel, cream and salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Now heat the another pan with nut dry roast. After a minute add ghee, curry leaves and mustard seeds and stir 1-2 minutes.. This mixture add Cooked chicken.. And serve hot
