Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 10 chopped strawberries


  • 1.5 cup cream


  • 3/4 cup milkmaid


  • 1.5 cup powder sugar


  • 6 tsp agar agar powder


  • 1 tspp vanilla essence


  • 2 drops of red colour

Directions

  • Make puree of strawberries and sieve it
  • For 1 st layer---
  • Soak 2 tsp agar agar powder in water
  • Take half cup cream and half cuo strawberry puree
  • Heat them on gas and add half cup sugar
  • Stir continuously
  • Add agar agar and stir till thick
  • Turn off gas
  • Whisk it and pour in a mould
  • Kee mould in freeze for half an hour to set
  • For 2 nd layer----
  • Soak 2 tsp agar agar powder in watertake half cup of cream and half cup of milkmaid
  • Heat on gas add 1/2 cup sugar and stir
  • Add agar agar and cook till thick
  • Turn off gas and cool a little
  • Add vanilla and mix
  • Pour it upon 1st layer in mould
  • Again keep in freeze for half an hour
  • For 3 rd layer----
  • Soak agar agar in water
  • Take half cup of strawberry puree and 1/4 cup cream
  • And again heat them and stir
  • Add 1/4 cup milkmaid and 1/2 cup sugar
  • Add agar agar and heat till thick
  • Turn off gas and add 2 drops of red colour to it
  • Mix and pour upon 2 nd layer in mould
  • And kerp in freeze till serving
  • At the time of serving take hot water
  • Pput mould in water for 2 min.
  • Then take knife and insert it delicately in all sides
  • And demould it carefully in serving plate
  • Garnish with strawberries and mint
