Mashed chhana by hand and make it soft
Mix smooth chhana with sugar and cook on low heat.
Add cardamom powder, rose water and continually stirring to make it dry.
Remove from the heat and knead to make it smooth.
Make small ball and shape it like heart.
Put each sandesh in the paper cup.
Put pinch of saffron milk on the middle of each sandesh and chopped pistachios.
