Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water

  • 2 teaspoon oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon or to taste salt

  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi

  • 1 teaspoon ajwain or called carrom seeds

Directions

    First take the wheat flour sprinkle salt

  • 02

    and baking powder and mix well.

  • 03

    slowly incorporate water

  • 04

    and make a soft dough

  • 05

    apply one teaspoon oil and rest it for ten min

  • 06

    now roll into thin roti and cut

  • 07

    into heart shape

  • 08

    now grease the baking tray and

  • 09

    place the hearts on it

  • 10

    pork with fork and smear oil on top

  • 11

    and sprinkle few with Kasuri methi and

  • 12

    few with ajwain/carrom seeds

  • 13

    bake for 10 mins in preheat oven at 180 degrees.
