Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water


  • 2 teaspoon oil


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon or to taste salt


  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi


  • 1 teaspoon ajwain or called carrom seeds

Directions

  • First take the wheat flour sprinkle salt
  • and baking powder and mix well.
  • slowly incorporate water
  • and make a soft dough
  • apply one teaspoon oil and rest it for ten min
  • now roll into thin roti and cut
  • into heart shape
  • now grease the baking tray and
  • place the hearts on it
  • pork with fork and smear oil on top
  • and sprinkle few with Kasuri methi and
  • few with ajwain/carrom seeds
  • bake for 10 mins in preheat oven at 180 degrees.
