Mix baking powder with flour and sieve twice.
Separate the egg white and yolk.
Beat egg yolk with sugar by beater.
Mix the flour with beaten yolk. Keep aside.
Now beat egg while and make it to soft peak.
Add egg white in to yolk flour mixture by 3 addition.
Pour the mixture in the heart shape mould.and bake in preheated oven for 24 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
Keep for cool and de- mould the cake.
After cool pour pineapple juice on the cake and let it absorb the juice and keep in the fridge.
Heat fresh cream and pour on the white chocolate and mix well. Add condensed milk.
Dissolve the gelatin with water and microwave for one minute .
Mix gelatin and red colour in to chocolate mixture .
Keep the cake on a wire rack and pour red colour mixture on top of the cake.
Keep cake in fridge for 5-6 hours to set.
Cake is ready to serve
