Serves : 8
  • 200 gm flour

  • 4 nos eggs

  • 200 gm sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 100 gm white milk chocolate

  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk

  • 1/8 tsp red food colour

  • 5 gm gelatin

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  • 1/2 cup fresh cream


  • Mix baking powder with flour and sieve twice.
  • Separate the egg white and yolk.
  • Beat egg yolk with sugar by beater.
  • Mix the flour with beaten yolk. Keep aside.
  • Now beat egg while and make it to soft peak.
  • Add egg white in to yolk flour mixture by 3 addition.
  • Pour the mixture in the heart shape mould.and bake in preheated oven for 24 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
  • Keep for cool and de- mould the cake.
  • After cool pour pineapple juice on the cake and let it absorb the juice and keep in the fridge.
  • Heat fresh cream and pour on the white chocolate and mix well. Add condensed milk.
  • Dissolve the gelatin with water and microwave for one minute .
  • Mix gelatin and red colour in to chocolate mixture .
  • Keep the cake on a wire rack and pour red colour mixture on top of the cake.
  • Keep cake in fridge for 5-6 hours to set.
  • Cake is ready to serve
