Beat sugar and butter till light and fluffy
Add egg and beat again
Collect and wrap in cling foil and keep in refrigerator for half an hour
Take a tart pan and butter it
Roll the dough and spread in the tArt pan and freeze again for 15 minutes
Prick with a fork
In a preheated oven bake at 170 •C for 15....20 minutes
For ganache heat cream and chocolate in a double boiler
Add butter and mix properly
Cool it
Fill in the cool tart and arrange walnuts on top
Decorate with sprinkles
