Ingredients

Cooked rice-1 bowl
Onion- 1 fine chopped
Capsicum- 1 fine chopped
Green chilli -2 fine chopped
Coriander leaves- 1 handful
Boil and meshes potato- 2
Gramflour- 1tablespoons
Red chilli powder- 1/2teaspoon
Salt-1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 1/4teaspoon
Garam Masala- 1/2teaspoon
Dry mango powder- 1 teaspoon
Oil -2 cup for fry
Directions
Take all above ingredients in a bowl.
Mix them nicely.
Grease your hands with oil take boll size mixture and Give heart shape cutlets and deep fry them till crispy and Brown.
