Peel carrots and wash it
Grate them
Add milk in a Kadahi or big pan with thick base
Add grate carrots.. stir
Wait till first boil...stir
Keep on medium flame
Put some water in almonds and put it in a microwave for 5 minutes so that its peels are easily removed
Cut almond and cashew nuts into small pieces
Before completely dry milk in Gajrela, add sugar and stir it well.
Now cook Garjela in milk until the milk is completely dry and keep stirring in between
Add almonds and cashew and Desi ghee
Cook another 5 minutes on medium low flame and stir in between
Let Gajrela cool down
Now put the Gajrela in a heart shaped mould and set it well
Now add Khoya one side of mould and set it in the half heart shape
Keep it in fridge for 30 minutes to be set
Now take it very slowly and comfortably from the mould
Gajrela Cake is ready for My Valentine
