First of all luke warm the milk in a container then add 1 tbs sugar, dry yeast. Mix well and keep aside for half an hour.
Now wash, clean and chop the beetroot. In a mixer jar grind the pieces. Then take it out in one bowl the beetroot puree. In another bowl add 2 tbs of puree and some water sieve it to make beetroot juice.
In beetroot puree add salt, 1 tbs oil , black pepper; mix and keep aside. Now in a large mixing bowl sieve the flour then add 2 tbs oil and crumbles with your fingers.
Apply some oil in your hands and knead to make a smooth dough. Cover it with cling and keep aside for 2 hours.
After 2 hour it will double and now take it out in a surface and apply some oil ; knead for 10 minutes.
Now divide the dough and make balls. Now take one balls and roll by using rolling pin. Now give chapati shape and using cookie cutter and cut into circle shapes.
Now repeat the process make all the circles ready. Now take circles over another by taking four circles like this ,one over another. Then spread the beetroot stuffing , roll the circles and seal the corners. Cut in between and Voila! You are having two roses in your hand.
Grease the tin and dust flour and start placing the prepared roses one by one. Repeat the process and fill the tin with roses.
Now over the roses spread the beetroot juice and some oil. Next spread some sesame seeds and cover it with kitchen towel and keep aside for half an hour.
Meanwhile preheat the pan with stand and salt. After 30 minutes place the tin and bake it for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes check if its done or not. Now allow it to cool completely and demould the fluffy and spongy bread.
