Heart Shaped Choco Chip Cookies With Beetroot Juice.

  • 1 cups all purpose flour/ maida

  • 2 tbsp boiled beetroot juice

  • 2 tbsp butter milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp white choco chips

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • In a mixing bowl at vegetable oil butter and sugar.
  • Beat them with a electric hand mixer until comes to a creamy texture.
  • Add vanilla essence and boild beetroot juice and mix well.
  • Add maida, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and sieve them.
  • Mix them all together.
  • Add butter milk and knead to make a dough.
  • Add white choco chips and mix again.
  • Cover with aluminium foil and keep refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours keep out from refrigerator and knead again.
  • Roll the dough in a flat form by a rolling pin.
  • cut in heart shaped cookies.
  • Keep the heart shaped cookies in a greased pan and add some white chaco chips on it.
  • Place the baking dish with cookies in pre-heated oven and bake for 15 minutes on 170℃.
  • After 15 minutes take out the baking dish from the oven and transfer it to a wire rack.
  • When they are cool off remove the cookies from the wire rack and serve it.
