Blanched palak in hot water for 5 minutes
Remove and soak in ice cold water immediately
Remove from water
Chopped and set aside
In grinder grind boiled peas,palak, ginger garlic, coriander leaves,chilli green, coarsely
Heat kadahi
Add 1 tbsp oil
Add cumin seeds
Add peas mixture, potatoes and gram flour
Roast for few minutes
Add all masala and salt
Mix well
Let it coo,
Give tikki shape
Heat non stick tava
Put tikki
Roast with the help of ghee or butter from both sides
Apply tomato chutney on top
Serve with chutney and sauce
