Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • Boiled potatoes -4 medium size


  • Boiled peas-1/2 cup


  • Lettuce-blanched 1/2 cup


  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp


  • Gree coriander leaves-1 tbsp


  • Garam masala-1/2 tsp


  • Gram flour-1/2 cup


  • Salt to taste-1/2 tsp


  • Sugar-1 tsp


  • Oil- 1 tbsp


  • Ghee-1 tbsp


  • Cumin seeds-1 tsp

Directions

  • Blanched palak in hot water for 5 minutes
  • Remove and soak in ice cold water immediately
  • Remove from water
  • Chopped and set aside
  • In grinder grind boiled peas,palak, ginger garlic, coriander leaves,chilli green, coarsely
  • Heat kadahi
  • Add 1 tbsp oil
  • Add cumin seeds
  • Add peas mixture, potatoes and gram flour
  • Roast for few minutes
  • Add all masala and salt
  • Mix well
  • Let it coo,
  • Give tikki shape
  • Heat non stick tava
  • Put tikki
  • Roast with the help of ghee or butter from both sides
  • Apply tomato chutney on top
  • Serve with chutney and sauce
