  • milk 1 cups

  • rose syrup 2 tbsp

  • whipping cream 3/4 cups

  • agar agar powder 11 gms

  • Strawberry jelly powder 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 3 tsp


  • First take jelly powder and put 2 cup hot water in it ,keep stiring until Kelly powder dissolves. Let it cool down for 3-4 minutes .now pour this mix on heart shape moulds .keep it into refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  • Now for mousse - first take a bowl ,add agar agar powder and about half cup hot water .mix both ingredients well. Keep this aside .
  • Take a pot ,add milk ,bring it to boil ,stirring continusely .now add desolved agar agar powder . Mix it well ,add rose syrup and sugar ,stir continusely . Cook for 2-3 minutes . Turn off the gas .let it cool down .
  • Meanwhile in bowl take whipping cream and beat it until soft peak . Now add rose milk mix into whipped cream . Fold it gentaly .
  • Now pour this mix into individual glasses . Keep it into refrigerator for about 4 hours .
  • For serving - take out jelly and mousse from fridege .demould the heart shape jelly . Put it on top of the rose mousse . Serve chilled .
