  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1 cup jaggery

  • 1/2 cup ghee

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

    Take a vessel dry roast the wheat flour in a medium flame for few minutes

  • 02

    After cool take a mixer jar add jaagery ,ghee and roasted wheat flour and grind it

  • 03

    Lastly add cardamom powder and grind it again

  • 04

    Take a plate transfer all the mixture and put heart shape mold and pour the mixture inside press correctly everywhere and slowly remove the mold

    heart shape tambittu Sweet is ready and decorated with red flowers
