  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1 cup jaggery

  • 1/2 cup ghee

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • Take a vessel dry roast the wheat flour in a medium flame for few minutes
  • After cool take a mixer jar add jaagery ,ghee and roasted wheat flour and grind it
  • Lastly add cardamom powder and grind it again
  • Take a plate transfer all the mixture and put heart shape mold and pour the mixture inside press correctly everywhere and slowly remove the mold
  • heart shape tambittu Sweet is ready and decorated with red flowers
