Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 1 / 2 cup pwd suger


  • 1/2 cup fresh cream


  • 3/4 cup milk


  • 1 /2 cup choco pwd


  • 1/2 cup milk pwd


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 5 drops chocolate essence


  • 5 Rose flower


  • 1 cup Whiped cream


  • 1/2 cup Choco chips


  • 1/2 cup Hershey's syrup

Directions

  • Seive maida,baking powder,baking soda and choco pwd
  • Take a bowl
  • Add milk
  • Add fresh cream
  • Mix well
  • Add pwderd suger and milk pwd
  • Mix well than add maida mixture
  • Mix it only one side
  • Add chocolate essence
  • Take a cake pot greesed it
  • Add mixture of cake
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes
  • Then set the time
  • 180℃ for 30 min
  • Keep cake pot in oven
  • Bake 30 min.
  • After this you checked it
  • Take out the pot
  • Keep it cool for 40 min
  • When cake is cool cut it in three layer
  • First take a part spread suger syrup on it
  • Than spread whipped cream
  • Than Hershey's syrup
  • Put some choco chips on it
  • Now take second layer of cake
  • Spread suger syrup,whipped cream, Hershey's syrup ,choco chpis
  • Take top of cake put it on the choco chips
  • Now take whipped cream cover whole cake with icing
  • Than take a bowl of cool water
  • Put rose patels
  • After 10 min take the patels
  • keep the Patel's on the towel
  • Sticks all the patels on the cake
  • Cake is ready
  • Keep freeze for 30 min
  • Enjoy tje velentine with the Rose cake
