  • Maida(apf) 1 1/2cup

  • Cornflour 3 tbsp

  • Beetroot puree 2sp

  • Curd 1 cup

  • Refind oil 1/2cup

  • Sugar 3/4 cup

  • Baking soda 1/2tsp

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Vanila essence 1tsp

  • Red food colour 3-4 drop

    Take a mixer jar put curd, refind oil and sugar in it and blend it turn in to mixing bowl.

    Add baking soda and baking powder in curd mixer lightly mix n keep aside 2-3 min.

    Sieve the apf n cornflour twice.

    Now mix dry and wet ingredients by cut n fold method add beetroot puree, colour n vanila essence mix well .

    Now pour the cake mixture in greased cake tin bake in preheated oven at 180℃ about 20-25 min. And check with toothpick insert the toothpick in cake if toothpick comeout clean that mean ur cake is done otherwise bake some time more.

    I'm bake this cake in deep ,heavy bottom n big size pan( भगौना) preheat the pan 10 min. Now put a stand in it now put cake now cover with large size plate first 10 minutes on high flame than medium sim flame about 15-20 minutes. Check with knief or toothpick .

    Note - I'm not used salt/ sand in base for baking but without using salt my cake cook superb n yummy really😊
