1) Preheat the pressure cooker for 10 mins. Meanwhile prepare the batter
Take a bowl, add egg, butter, essence and some milk and whisk them well
Now lets add dry ingredients. All purpose flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda
Mix both wet and dry ingredients. Pour batter in the cake tin once batter is ready
Place tin in pressure cooker. Keep it on medium high flame for first 10 mins, later 30 mins in low flame
Now the cake is ready. Pour chocolate ganache
Prepare ganache : Microwave dark chocolate chunks and cream for 2 minutes, then add butter.
Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache is ready to be served.
