Cut the pachakkaya/raw banana into small pieces and wash it thoroughly.
Cook raw banana in water with the 1 pinch of turmeric powder n salt. Once cooked, strain the banana and throw away the water.
Heat oil in a pan & add mustard seed, once splutter add sliced shallots, green chilly and curry leaves; saute well.
Add the turmeric powder, chilly powder; saute till raw smell goes off.
Next, add prawns & salt mix well. Cook for a few minutes till the prawns are well done.
Finally, add cooked raw banana/pachakkaya and dry chilly powder. Mix well and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
