Ingredients

  • All purpose flour- 1 1/2 cup


  • Milk Powder 1cup


  • Cocoa powder- 3 tablespoons


  • Powder sugar -1cup


  • Butter- 1cup


  • Baking powder- 1 teaspoon


  • Baking soda- 1/4teaspoon


  • Vanilla essence- 2 teaspoon


  • Milk- 3/4 cup


  • Salt- 1/4teaspoon


  • For icing- whipped cream -1cup


  • Vanilla essence- 1teaspoon


  • Powder sugar- 1tablespoons


  • For decoration- choco chip- 1tablespoons


  • Gems-1tablespoons


  • Grated chocolate- 1tablespoons


  • For sugar syrup- Powder sugar- 1 tablespoons water-2 tablespoons

Directions

  • First layered the base of cooker with salt ,place a ring and preheated for 10 minutes on slow flame .
  • Now sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder, Milk Powder,Baking powder, Baking soda together.
  • Now beat the butter powder sugar together till creamy. Now add vanilla essence.
  • Now add dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
  • Now add milk and make smooth batter.
  • Now pour the batter into the greased tin.
  • Place the tin into the preheated cooker.
  • Cover the cooker with lid without whistle and ring.
  • Bake for 40 minutes on slow flame or the toothpick came out clean.
  • Now remove the cake tin from cooker and cool it completely.
  • Now take unbeaten cream in a bowl and beat with a beater till stiff peaks. Now add powder sugar and vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Now dmould the cake and cut horizontal in 2 lawyers .
  • Apply the sugar syrup on the inside layer.
  • Now apply whipped cream and cover with top layer.
  • Now apply sugar syrup on top layer.
  • Now apply whipped cream on top and sides .
  • Decorat the cake with Gems,Grated chocolate and choco chip.
