Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup plain flour


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 3/4 cup yogurt


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/4 cup sugar syrup

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 180C, grease and dust tin.
  • Sieve flour and keep aside.
  • In a bowl beat curd and sugar very well.
  • After that add baking powder and baking soda and beat 5 min.
  • Leave this mix when becomes forthy or 10 min.
  • After that add vanilla essence and oil and mix gently.
  • Now add flour on batches. Mix all flour gently.
  • Pour into the tin and bake it 25 to 30 min 180 c.
  • when Cake completely cool down the cut into 3 layers.
  • spray sugar syrup on layers and put whipped cream between each layers.
  • cover all cake through the cream and make design whatever you want
