Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 1/2 cup plain flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup yogurt

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/4 cup sugar syrup

Directions

    Preheat oven at 180C, grease and dust tin.

    Sieve flour and keep aside.

    In a bowl beat curd and sugar very well.

  • 04

    After that add baking powder and baking soda and beat 5 min.

  • 05

    Leave this mix when becomes forthy or 10 min.

    After that add vanilla essence and oil and mix gently.

    Now add flour on batches. Mix all flour gently.

    Pour into the tin and bake it 25 to 30 min 180 c.

    when Cake completely cool down the cut into 3 layers.

  • 10

    spray sugar syrup on layers and put whipped cream between each layers.

  • 11

    cover all cake through the cream and make design whatever you want
