Chocolate mousse With Strawberry Jelly

  • Fresh cream - 150 grams

  • Dark chocolate (chopped)-100 grams have used dark chocolate compound

  • 2 tbsp Choco chips for garnishing

  • 1/2 packetStrawberry jelly made from the powdered mix.

    1.Melt the chocolate bars by using double boiling method or you can use microwave for 3 to 5 minutes to melt the chocolate.

    2.Now take a bowl pour fresh cream in it add melted chocolate.

    3.Mix well gently not too vigorously.

    4.Take a serving shot glass or cups and pour the mix in it.

    5.Keep in fridge for 30 minutes or till the mousse is set.

    6.For the jelly follow the instruction on the jelly pack and keep the jelly in fridge for half an hour.

    7.Now take out your mousse and place the jelly very gently on the set chocolate mousse and garnish it with choco chips.
