Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/ cup butter

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • 1 tbsp red Food colour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 2 cup whipped cream for icing

Directions

    Preheat oven at 200 degree for 20 min. Firstly sieve in maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

    In a large mixing bowl take butter and condensed milk and beat till the butter and condensed milk combines well.

    After add vanilla extract, red food colour and vinegar. beat and combine well.

  • 04

    Now mix sieve ingredients into this mixture and combines well from cut and fold method. Pour the better into grace tin.

    Bake the cake at 180 degree for 40 minutes. cool down the cake completely.

    Cut layers put cream between layers and decorate red velvet cake with whipped cream and crumbles of cake
