Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour


  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/ cup butter


  • 1 cup milk


  • 1 cup condensed milk


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tbsp red Food colour


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 2 cup whipped cream for icing

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 200 degree for 20 min. Firstly sieve in maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  • In a large mixing bowl take butter and condensed milk and beat till the butter and condensed milk combines well.
  • After add vanilla extract, red food colour and vinegar. beat and combine well.
  • Now mix sieve ingredients into this mixture and combines well from cut and fold method. Pour the better into grace tin.
  • Bake the cake at 180 degree for 40 minutes. cool down the cake completely.
  • Cut layers put cream between layers and decorate red velvet cake with whipped cream and crumbles of cake
