Peel,wash and dry the garlic cloves.
Dry roast all the spices and then roughly make powder.
Heat the oil in a nonstick kadhai add the garlic cloves and turmeric powder and saute on a slow flame till they are soft.
Add the lemon juice and cook on slow flame for two minutes.
Add the chilly powder and salt, and grinded masala in it mix well and cook for another two minutes.
Remove from the flame ,cool and store in a sterillised glass jar.
Pickle is ready after one week enjoy.
