  • Sabudana 1/4 cups

  • boiled Potato medium size 3 nos

  • PeaNuts crushed and roasted 1 tbsp

  • Salt to taste 1/2 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • Black salt 1 pinch

  • Coriander leaves 1 tsp

  • Green chilli chopped 1 nos

  • Tomoto sauce for topping 1 tsp

Directions

    Soak sabudana in water for 3 hours

  • 02

    After 3 hours remove extra water with the help of your hads

  • 03

    Mash boil potato

  • 04

    Add sabudana and other ingredients in it except tomato sauce

    Take heart shape cutter

  • 06

    Divide the mixture equally

  • 07

    With the help of cutter give heart shape

    Heat oil in a pan

  • 09

    Fry all the cutlet carefully one by one on high heat

    Till crispy and crunchy

    Remove on butter paper

  • 12

    Spread tomoto sauce on top of each cutlet

    Serve hot
