Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/4 cups sabudana


  • 3 nos boiled potato medium size


  • 1 tbsp peanuts crushed and roasted


  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 pinch black salt


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 tsp tomoto sauce for topping

Directions

  • Soak sabudana in water for 3 hours
  • After 3 hours remove extra water with the help of your hads
  • Mash boil potato
  • Add sabudana and other ingredients in it except tomato sauce
  • Take heart shape cutter
  • Divide the mixture equally
  • With the help of cutter give heart shape
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Fry all the cutlet carefully one by one on high heat
  • Till crispy and crunchy
  • Remove on butter paper
  • Spread tomoto sauce on top of each cutlet
  • Serve hot
