First wash the strawberries and put in to the mixer jaar and make puree.
Now take out in a bowl and keep aside.
Now crumble the cake pieces with your hands add butter and milk and mix well.
Now put the cake crumbled mixture in to the greased bowl. Spread nicely and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour .
For Rabdi heat milk in a wide and heavy bottom vessel. Add sugar and cardamom powder and cook on slow flame till milk reduced to half.
Now add cornflour and strawberry puree and mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Now switch off the flame and cool it completely and refrigerat for 2 to 3 hour.
Now take out the cake bowl from refrigerator and dmould them. Now pour the chilled Rabdi into the bowl garnish with some chopped strawberry and grapes.
