Directions
Boil potatoes and peas
Grate carrot,onion, cauliflower,ginger
Make bread crumbs
Mix all veges together
Along with boiled potatoes and peas
Add green chilli all spices salt and bread crumbs
Make cutlet of desired shape
Shallow fry over tawa
