Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 5-8 Digestive biscuits

  • 25 gm Butter

  • 80 gm Cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup fresh cream

  • 1 Motichur laddoo

  • 2 tbsp rice chocolate chips

  • 2 nos Mongo papad ( heart shspe)

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • 2-3 tbsp powder sugar

  • 2 gm gelatin

  • 1 /2 cup icing sugar

Directions

    Crush the biscuits, and mix it with melted butter. Set the butter mix crushed biscuits in the heart shaped mould, bottom and as well sides also.

    Keep the mould in the fridge for 30 minutes

    Beat the cream cheese with sugar and cardamom powder, keep aside

  • 04

    Whipp the fresh cream with icing sugar and make it fluffy

  • 05

    Mix 1 tbsp water with gelatin and put it I the microwave for 1 minute.

    Mix cream cheese.,whipped cream and water desolve gelatin, properly.

  • 07

    Crush the laddoo and mix 1/4 portion with cream cheese mixture.

  • 08

    Pour the cream cheese mixture in to heart shaped biscuits mould.

    On the top decorate with remaining crushed laddoo , rice chocolate chips and heart shaped mango papar.

  • 10

    Keep the mould in the fridge for 4-5 hours for set.

  • 11

    De- mould and serve.
