Ingredients

Serves : 100
  • 1/2 kg Red chilli


  • 1/4 kg dhaniya seed


  • 50 gm pepper


  • 10 gm sesame seeds


  • 50 gm garam masala (laung, elaichi, Chakka)


  • 100 gm garlic


  • 100 gm ginger


  • 150 gm jeera


  • 10 gm methi


  • 25 gm white til


  • 5 gm curry leaves (sun dried)


  • 100 gm turmeric


  • 1 dry coconut


  • 40-50 gm Salt to taste

Directions

  • Sauté each ingredient separately in a pan
  • Keep each of them in separate bowl until they cool
  • Grind each ingredient separately in a mixer
  • Again keep them separately in separate bowls till they cool off
  • 5. Do not grind the coconut, grate it.
  • Now mix all the powders together in a large bowl
  • Store in air tight container. Do not refrigerate.
  • 8. Use it as instant masala powder while cooking anything under the sun.
