Ingredients

Serves 100

  • 1/2 kg Red chilli

  • 1/4 kg dhaniya seed

  • 50 gm pepper

  • 10 gm sesame seeds

  • 50 gm garam masala (laung, elaichi, Chakka)

  • 100 gm garlic

  • 100 gm ginger

  • 150 gm jeera

  • 10 gm methi

  • 25 gm white til

  • 5 gm curry leaves (sun dried)

  • 100 gm turmeric

  • 1 dry coconut

  • 40-50 gm Salt to taste

Directions

    Sauté each ingredient separately in a pan

  • 02

    Keep each of them in separate bowl until they cool

  • 03

    Grind each ingredient separately in a mixer

  • 04

    Again keep them separately in separate bowls till they cool off

  • 05

    5. Do not grind the coconut, grate it.

    Now mix all the powders together in a large bowl

  • 07

    Store in air tight container. Do not refrigerate.

    8. Use it as instant masala powder while cooking anything under the sun.
