  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/4 lt thick milk

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or any oil of your choice

  • 1 teaspoon Ammi’s masala

  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt


  • In a bowl add the olive and Ammi’s masala, stir well
  • In another bowl whisk the eggs
  • Add milk to whisked eggs and whisk again
  • Heat the pan and add the oil and masala mixture
  • Sauté it for 1 min in simmer
  • Next add the whisked eggs and milk
  • Now the milk will turn sour and the releases water
  • The solid portion of milk will combine with eggs, stir it well
  • Keep stirring in simmer until the all the water dries out
  • Sprinkle black salt and mix well
