Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup Rice flour

  • 3 tablespoon Oil

  • 1 cup milk

  • food coloring 1/4 tsp or little more

  • Water 2 cups for sugar syrup

  • 1 cup sugar

  • Cardamom powder(elaichi 2 tablespoon

Directions

    Heat milk in a pan , It must be lukewarm, add flour, oil and mix it well for a minute.Turn off the gas and take it out and knead a smooth dough.

    Divide it in 3 parts and add color.

    Flatten each dough and cut and shape it like rose flower.

    For Rose shape. take 4 small dough disc and have cuts on all four side .

    Cut should not be deep. then start rolling and wrapping by giving it a flower shape.

    Deep fry it on low heat.

    Make sugar syrup in another bowl and add cardamom powder to it.

    Dip roses for a minute and serve it

  • 09

    Sprinkle sesame seeds for garnishing.
