A very common sweet dish of Bangladesh Pitha is a type of rice cake in South Asia.
These are typically made with rice flour. But has variations also like wheat flour pitha . A Less common types of pitha are made of palm.

Ingredients
Serves : 3
1 cup Rice flour
3 tablespoon Oil
1 cup milk
food coloring 1/4 tsp or little more
Water 2 cups for sugar syrup
1 cup sugar
Cardamom powder(elaichi 2 tablespoon
Directions
Heat milk in a pan , It must be lukewarm, add flour, oil and mix it well for a minute.Turn off the gas and take it out and knead a smooth dough.
Divide it in 3 parts and add color.
Flatten each dough and cut and shape it like rose flower.
For Rose shape. take 4 small dough disc and have cuts on all four side .
Cut should not be deep. then start rolling and wrapping by giving it a flower shape.
Deep fry it on low heat.
Make sugar syrup in another bowl and add cardamom powder to it.
