Wash n cut karelas into small pieces. Pat dry n put salt n turmeric powder. Cover n keep aside for 3 - 4 hrs to avoid its bitterness. Now strain its extra water and let it dry for some time.
Put all whole dry spices into mixer jar n crush it coarsely.
Now heat oil n bring it to smoking point. Let it cool.
Now mix all ingredients in a glass jar. Mix well properly. Cover it with muslin cloth. Keep it for 4 - 5 days. Give a stir in between for few tyms.
Now its ready to eat
