Wash and pat dry green chillies
make slit in the centre of the chillies
stuff salt in them
Keep in sunlight on cotton cloth and cover them with muslin cloth to avoid sticking of mud
It will take approx 2 to 3 days to dry compelety
when they are completely dry store them in air tight container and use
I use these chillies by frying in hot oil and serve with regular daal rice they taste awsome
