Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 1 kg black grapes

  • 4 tbsp salt

  • 3 tbsp turmeric

  • 4 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 2tbsp rai powder

  • 2tbsp vinegar

  • 1 cup mustard oil

Directions

    Wash and chopp grapes

  • 02

    Dry roast all.masala

  • 03

    Mix well in grapes .

  • 04

    Heat oil till smoking point

  • 05

    Aftercooling add oil in achar

  • 06

    Add vinegar

  • 07

    Keep in fridge for 1 month

  • 08

    Enjoy with poori paratha
