Boil 1 litre water
Add chopped mushroom in it for 10 minutes (blanch )
Drain out water and keep in cold water for 10 minutes. drain all water
Wipe mushroom with kitchen towel and add salt cover it and keep aside for 4 hours . after 4 hours drain out all water and squeeze mushroom and keep aside.
Dry roast all dry ingredients
Add all masala and salt in it
Heat oil till smoking point
After cooling add in achar
Mix well and pour vinegar over achar .
Cover it for 1 hour .
Keep in clean glass bottle.
