Dry roast all dry masala
Take washed amala in a polythene bag .
Put in microwave for 5 minutes
Take it out
After cooling desead them
Heat oil till somoking point
Take amla in big bowl add all dry spices and salt in it .
Add half warm oil in it .
Mix well
Cover it .and keep aside for 2 hours
After 2 hours add left over oil in it .
add sesame seeds mix well .
add 1/2cup vinegar in it .
Keep in ckean glass bottle
Put in sun for 7 days .
Enjoy with dal rice and poori paratha
