  • Moong Dal 3/4 Cup

  • Boiled Rice 1 Cup

  • Badam 5


  • Wash Rice and Dal separately and Dry it in a Clean Cloth for 1 Hour
  • Now in a Pan... add in Rice and keep sauting on Flame
  • Fry till they become light brown colour
  • Transfer to a Steel plate and let it cool
  • Now add Dal and keep stirring on low flame til it becomes crisp
  • Transfer to a Steel Plate and let it cool
  • Now add 5 to 6 Badam /Almonds and fry till it is crisp
  • Once all cooled then add to a mixer jar and grind it to fine powder and store in a Air Tight Container
  • Now Homemade Healthy Dal Cerelac Mix is Ready
