Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • Seedless Dates 5


  • Ginger 1/4 Chopped


  • Garlic 10 chopped


  • Gingelly Oil 4 Sp


  • Mustard seeds 1 Tsp


  • Tamarind 1 Lemon Size


  • Turmeric Powder 1tsp


  • Chilli Powder 2 sp


  • Green Chilli 3


  • Jaggery 1 Sp


  • Salt 1 Sp


  • Hing 1tsp


  • Curry leaves 5

Directions

  • In A pan, Heat oil and add Oil, Thn Add Mustard Seeds
  • Add curry Leaves and Hing and Stir well
  • Add Chopped Ginger and Garlic , Green Chilles and Saute well
  • Add Turmeric Powder and Red Chilli powder and Saute for 5 Min
  • Now add SeedLess Dates and Saute for 2 Min
  • All spices are cooked with Dates, Now add in Soked Tamarind Water and give a Good Mix
  • Cook on Low Flame for 5 to 7 Minutes
  • Add Jaggery 1 Sp and Mix Well
  • Swutch off flame when Oil Leaves in Corners
  • Healthy Dates Pickle is Ready now
