Ingredients

Serves 6

  • lemon 1/2 kgs

  • Sugar 150 gms

  • Water 120 ml

  • Roasted Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt and red chilly according to taste 1 pinch

Directions

    First squeeze lemon and collect juice of it.

  • 02

    Now take a heavy bottom pan and add sugar and water in it to caramelize.

    Now when both Incorporate well then add lime juice and boil till it thickens.

    Add all spices and cook till desired consistency.

    Now switch off the flame and let jam cool completely.

    Store jam in sterilised glass jar in cool place.

    Always use dry spoon to get jam from jar.

    Shelf life of this jam is 6 months.

  • 09

    Spread on bread or on chapati to enjoy its tangy flavour wholesome.
