First roast the whole masala
Heat the pan & add fennel,methi seeds, cumin seeds, ajwain roast it 1 minute in low flem
Now roast the salt fir 1 minute
Cool down all rosated masale
Then graind the all masala
Take bowl add grainded masala , turmeric powder,red chilli powder,hing mix it well
Now add mustard oil and mix well
Now achar masala is ready
You can use it 1 year or more than
