Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 20 gm cumin seeds


  • 20 gm fennel


  • 20 gm mustard seeds


  • 4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp methi seeds


  • 2 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tsp hing


  • 3 tsp salt


  • 100 gm mustard oil heat & cool down

Directions

  • First roast the whole masala
  • Heat the pan & add fennel,methi seeds, cumin seeds, ajwain roast it 1 minute in low flem
  • Now roast the salt fir 1 minute
  • Cool down all rosated masale
  • Then graind the all masala
  • Take bowl add grainded masala , turmeric powder,red chilli powder,hing mix it well
  • Now add mustard oil and mix well
  • Now achar masala is ready
  • You can use it 1 year or more than
