  • Dates de-seeded-1 cup

  • jaggery-1 cup

  • water-1 cup

  • tamrind pulp-1/2 cup

  • salt-1 tsp or as required

  • chilly powder-1 tsp

  • nigella seed-1 tsp

    in a blender blend Dates,jaggery,tamarind pulp and water to a smooth paste. make sure no lumps remain.

    Heat a pan and add mixture to the pan..add. salt, chilly powder and nigella seed.let the mixture boil.

    The mixture starts thickening.Remove from heat and let it cool.

    preserve it in air tight jar.
